Names in gff files should be species specific

When we export the genome coordinates for a species we do not add species specific ids to the gff files instead we use the more generic ids. For example look at ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/RNAcentral/releases/6.0/genome_coordinates/Schizosaccharomyces_pombe.ASM294v2.gff3.gz

I	RNAcentral	transcript	1611335	1611958	.	-	.	ID "CU329670.1:1611335..1611958:misc_RNA";Name "URS0000480FAA";type "misc_RNA"

The Name entry should be URS0000480FAA_4896.
