About maintenance of the fork

While homebrew was trying to build bottles for Monterey, we found that afsctool artifact url in google docs site was gone.

And then I am trying to search some replacement, and then I found your fork, so I made a formula change in this PR.

Would love your thoughts and input there. Thanks!

We've been down this road before, twice; they won't accept it.

most recently (2019) https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/issues/40041

and most famously (2017) https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/20898

@chenrui333 it might be best if you close the PR before it goes too far retreading old ground.

Things might get changed a bit now (the original fork was totally gone), also the MacPorts might help a bit with the current conversation. I would say the current change looks more promising than ever.
