As said to @theperu in the discussion for the e2e testing, i've been trying to run it on GH actions using the standard runners, it seems to work, so it can be added after #372 is merged

It would speed up the develpment and make sure that a PR doesn't break the tests (it's unimmaginable that anyone working on Sossoldi is going to install all the dependencies and run e2e tests every time)
