WIP: A3G4250D driver

Contribution description

This PR adds a driver, A3G4250D, for the ST A3G4250D gyroscope and temperature sensor. The driver implements ST's standard C driver for the sensor.

Please note: The driver, drivers/l3gxxxx, already exists to communicate with the ST L3Gxxxx gyroscope sensor family which includes the A3G4250D sensor. However, the major differences between drivers/l3gxxxx and drivers/a3g4250d are:

  • Handling of multiple A3G4250D sensors by A3G4250D driver.
  • Implementation of ST driver for the sensor by A3G4250D driver.
  • Different default parameters.
