RHVoice Add spanish language support and question about voice creation

I know first time publishing an issue/idea/comment here, but are any proposals to add spanish language support to RH Voice? If there's no proposal how can I create a voice? how voice creation work? I want to be the first spanish language voice. I'm from Panama, and any help is appreciated.

If we're starting to make spanish voices, shall we first start with the castilian dialect or the latin American variant? Or it doesn't matter which dialect/accent/variant will we start?

Recently, the team was released a Castilian Spanish language and voice only for Android app. Currently is beta and sent an email a few days ago to the support email with some important findings.
