Problem to install with bower

When installing with bower, the question below appears and i really don't know how to answer.. I tried everything based on Yes/No. Could you help me ?

Question :

Prefix the choice with ! to persist it to bower.json ? Answer

you have to put in numbers corresponding to the choice that is being given to you i.e) for choice 1 => !1
