Release mode of the `rgbd` causes `TransitionNotInAnchor`

Describe the bug

The rgbd installed with release mode, causes TransitionNotInAnchor in the consignment file after running the rgb-cli transfer finalize command.

The bug does not happen when you install the rgbd with debug mode.

Environment Branch Version: master Rust version: rustc 1.62.0 OS: Ubuntu 20.04

PS: I found this bug during the review of the PR LNP-BP/nodes/pull/11
