Auto-refreshing data viewer

When I have a data viewer open and the underlying data changes I have to click to open a new data viewer and close the previous viewer since the data viewer displays the data from the moment it was open.

It would be great if the data viewer would auto-refresh when the data changes. Or if a refresh button was provided in the data viewer. I do think that the first suggestion would be smoother to use.

I have a attached a screenshot of the python data viewer's refresh button.

I haven't considered any alternatives as I'm not really sure where to even look. I've been trying to search for a solution to this online for a while but with no luck. I hope that I haven't missed this in the extensions settings somewhere.

Any help or recommendations would also be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
