No audio
Already check the windows audio configs, all my browsers have audio.. but nothing with the stremio enhanced. What can I have to do to fix it? Thanks! Great job!

Whenever I try to change a setting like enable hardware acceleration, or disable escape key exits full screen, it does not save upon relaunching the app.
Videos with multiple audio tracks seem to regularly break (ie completely mute). Also there is no option to select an audio track like there is in regular stremio.

Would it be possible to create this with tauri? That would give a pretty small binary >10mb.
Some anime don't have english subs even with opensubs installed
