No "getNextExternalLink" method

I suggest to you that its method name should be altered "getNextExternalLink" to "getRandomExternalLink". It has worked well as yet. I also suppose this issue should convert into PullRequest.

Actually if you delete the "getNextExternalLink", the program is also running well. So the getNextExternalLink is not working at all. This code must be cut from a code that has "getNextExternalLink" and the author make a mistake.
