Multi-language support and no delete history option

Current Version：REDasm_3.0_BETA5_Windows_x86_64.zip The installation directory has the language files of the qt program, but the program does not have the option to switch the language. The current version keeps debug logs, so you can open the previously debugged project again, but there is no option to clear it. （The only way to clear the history is by deleting the "redasm.conf"file.

If there is an idea for an interface that supports multiple languages, I can help with the simplified Chinese translation

I have added a "Clear" menu entry, so it's possible to delete the history from the UI. There is no multilanguage support at the moment, but if there is some interest I can add it.

Interested in the multilingual version and hope to add it. Would also like to provide the default language file (English) for easy translation
