Round System - Settings

Summary

Make the UI for the round system settings as well as required adjustments to the system itself.

User Story

As a user I want to be able to open the round settings menu and edit the warmup time.

Acceptance Criteria

Required for PR approval:

• [ ] The developed UI resembles the overall style.
• [ ] The UI scales properly.
• [ ] The system is fully networked.
• [ ] A user can change the warmup time.

Optional until dependencies are complete:

• [ ] A user can change the gamemode.
• [ ] A user can change the map.
• [ ] A user can change the station's name.

Goal

Provide the base to edit round settings.
