Add Project Linting

Summary

We need to add some kind of linting to the project to ensure consistent formatting and prevent syntax and other errors.

GitHub has a newish built-in 'Super Linter' which can handle multiple common languages, this may be the easiest method for us.

Once this is implemented, make note of it in the contributing/style guide.
