Make "examine" an interaction

Summary

Examining stuff should be an interaction like any other such as "pick up", "store" ... The old examine system was using a key to "examine" something further. The new one should be using the interaction system as well.

Dependencies

Wait for #1289 to be merged before dealing with that.
