Port FOV system from develop branch
Goal
Now that we have a tilemap again, re-add FOV in the game.
Whether you port over the implementation from the 'outdated' branch or build a new one, please be prepared to provide documentation on the system to our GitBook.

I suggest that we save this task for Seteron. He is the one who made improvements to the original FOV system, and apparently has reworked the system again but hasn't submitted it yet.
Who ever does this should talk to SETERON first because I believe he had already started porting it and making improvements to it.
