Add alcohol effects : documentation and feature

Summary

Make Space men drunk.

Goal

When drinking alcohol, multiple effects should occur, their kind and the intensity of the effect vary depending on the quantity of alcohol absorbed, as well as potentially other factors (that need to be discussed).

  • Double vision : Players screen should start to show single objects twice with some distance between them. See media below for an example. With more alcohol absorbed, the effect is stronger.
  • Blackout : After some amount of alcohol absorbed, the player black out. They are then unconscious and can't perceive their environment anymore.
  • Walking in ZigZag : Player should stumble around a bit, independently of their will. With more alcohol absorbed, the effect is stronger.
  • Falling : After some amount of alcohol absorbed,the player can randomly fall on the ground. Effect is more frequent with higher quantity of alcohol absorbed.
  • What else ?

All of these effect should be properly documented and agreed upon, do not start to work on this without an approved design document (You can write it though !).
