Handle anon classes properly

owl:Restriction is used very often as an anonymous (blank node) class. This should be rendered smartly, rather than printing the bnode I'd.

Eg examples/ssn.md shows this:

ub68bL144C60 only sosa:Procedure (c)

Isn't there some Manchester notation rendering code you can reuse?
