specify whether endpoints in profiles

List the available endpoints in profiles and whether they are top level; the frontend needs to know whether endpoints are top level

Alternative would be to get them included in the API documentation

i.e. what are the endpoints for:

1. lists of objects by class (which class)
2. lists of objects by parent/relationship (which relationship)
3. individual instances (of class/subclassof) any other endpoint info we need.
