Thanks @MadlenF, from what I am reading it used to work in 5.1.1 but in 5.2.3 (and later, I presume?) the segment rebuild failure isn't showing up despite the segment...

Export to Excel 504 timeout

Hi @pszczypta-autopay thanks for reporting this. I think it's probably because you're doing the Excel option, which runs in the browser, rather than the CSV option which sends the report...
