Looks like there are some tests failing here @kuzmany - I tested this by changing Mautic's language to french (which I assume supersedes the browser language) and it did change...
OK, looks like some conflicts to address but then with a successful re-test we should be good to go!
It's not surprising as we haven't back-merged 5.x to 5.1 for some time. So I expect when we do that there will be some conflicts to deal with. cc @escopecz...

@shinde-rahul any possibility you can add the docs on https://github.com/mautic/user-documentation/blob/5.x/docs/contacts/custom_fields.rst to include this command? cc @mautic/education-team for visibility, this is required for the 5.1 release.

Closing as the issue seems to be resolved.
@jojomnky are you on 3.0.2? Have you I changed both the MySQL character set and collation to utf8_unicode_ci as suggested above?
OK, if this is still an issue on 3.0.2 with both the tables and database set as above then we can open up a new issue.
