Remove libsamplerate dep.

This fixes #20 and should allow @andrewbelt to build for the VCV Library .

I added the built binaries to my fork.

You can also remove -Idep/include from https://github.com/RCameron93/FehlerFabrik/blob/9b5897828dc1b757f42cb707b5979488acb67401/Makefile#L5

Someone could not run your binaries. missing signature or something.

I built him a binary using the vcv released toolchain - it worked.
