Make calliope-friendly outputs an option for the stable version as well

For the sake of interfacing RAMP-mobility and Euro-Calliope, we created a specific code branch which generates additional, 'calliope-friendly' outputs. Since original RAMP-mobility outputs are not touched by such change, but only complemented by these additional types of outputs, it might be sensible to just allow the generation of these additional outputs as a standard option in the stable version of the code.
