Bump versions of packages

JSOS uses old versions of packages, bump them up and check if its working by making required changes.

Also note if you get bugs when running npm i then please install three 0.110.0 and react three fiber 3.0.17 seperately and then run npm i @RAJAGOPALAN-GANGADHARAN
