Removed some plugin & Dependencies that is outdated

• I removed the empatica plugin from the dependency to prevent any errors when running the app on a local system.
• Additionally, I removed the outdated radar-android-ppg plugin from the dependency.
• As evidenced by the attached screenshot, the app runs smoothly in my local environment.
• Consequently, anyone working on running the app on their local system should be able to execute the code seamlessly without encountering any issues.

Happy Contributing let me know if i need to change anything in the pr. Looking for some suggestions.
