Add Camera (Image and Video) Capture Task

A1.4 Develop a image and/or video capture questionnaire (video analogue of audio questionnaires). Standard featurisation toolkit, e.g. generating HR, face & eye tracking, emotion detection features, facial/audio feature pairing.

• [ ] initial version need only do video capture
• [ ] later consider options to do on-device processing
• [ ] anonymisation of video
