Better handling of token refresh responses from MP

  • When the subject gets deleted from MP, the MP returns a 401 Unauthorized User was not found in the database error, then the app gets stuck in the splash screen (Fixed in #1352)
  • In addition, it would be good to handle different cases when the MP returns a 401 Unauthorized (because of various reasons: deleted user, wrong client credentials, etc) and perform the appropriate steps, such as reset, unenrol, etc
