Hi, @nivemaham ,

Feel free to revert the following change I made after rebasing. Neither minio/minio:RELEASE.2021-05-18T00-53-28Z nor minio/mc:RELEASE.2021-05-18T00-53-28Z could be resolved during the build so I pinned them to latest. Also, the following check is not passing, possibly due to some ongoing work: https://github.com/RADAR-base/RADAR-Docker/blob/330a9878196f92b9b102ef636f91a607b37122f3/.github/workflows/main.yml#L55
