Seems like Sticky Keys hack no longer works

Regarding chapter 05 sticky key hacks

1. the server now is win 2019
2. it says cacls is deprecate, it suggest use icacls
3. Cannot c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe to have BUILTIN\Administrators:F
4. Even use icacls, it can only modify to RX
