Free Association achievement / Networks no longer exist?

Do Networks not work or exist on Northstar? Me and my group of friends were hoping to get the Free Association achievement but there are no networks to join and I'm assuming the mod just isn't equipped for this feature. Am I missing anything or is this a planned addition in the future maybe? Thank you in advance for anyone's response!

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to multiplayer
2. Go to networks
3. No networks load

Networks were disabled a while back due to an exploit. That exploit has since been patched, so in theory we could enable them again I reckon
