(bug) No message nor voiceline in UI when your titan meter hits 100% ingame

Bug

When my titan meter fills up to 100%, it doesn't show the pop-up message for it in-game, nor does it play the voiceline that announces the titan meter being full.

I've tried to restart the game & reinstalled northstar. No dice. Tested in Vanilla Titanfall 2, and the 100% message + voiceline works there.

Edit: I should also mention that I use no other mods, just the base Northstar-mods installed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Play Northstar
  2. Get titan meter to 100%
  3. See if you get the message + faction voiceline for hitting 100%
