Add a guide to introduces new modders to version control

Not sure yet where to put it so I'm setting this PR as draft, feedback welcome.

Basically I have the impression that some new modders, especially those on the younger side kinda start out coding/modding with Northstar and as such might not be aware of tools like git to track their changes. Maybe sticking an explanation of git and/or version control in general could help here ^^

I think that would be neat - but theres already a lot of good git resources that we should link to. I also think we should link to text based resources first instead of videos.
