new feature: leave empty space or remove unsused

linked to #63 could be good to be able to remove and leave blank space instead of shifting all. like this it will also give the possibility to move only one item as it seams you are doing a shift of block when drag and drop

when a + is done the first empty space is used as now we can move around the page it's not a problem.

sometimes i had this wish too. i was using "#" or "!" as a placeholder. that generates an error (you can change the color for that) but you can move it arround and it wont be removed automatically.

I am using "F2" now to change the order as it is very easy to manage large lists there. Only one downside: when saving empty lines (or emtpy columns "ip1,,ip1,") are applied, but when editing again with "F2" the list gets trimed - i guess that should be changed ether - but i don't request it here ;)
