new feature: pinned place on canvas

Hi was just thinking that moving item would be good and i discovered that you did it! great job! i did not upgrade for a while and whaoo lot's of changes!

Just think that a good feature would be to be able to pinned in position the targets on the canvas

like this if we remove by mistake a target before in list it will not shift all. I'm using vmping during training and it's good to have always things in the same place if one is removed than people get confused.

Hey isn't the usage of "F2" what would do the trick? just paste the list in the order you want it.
