Install R bindings issue

Hello, I am having issues with the Install R bindings- It is on a global desktop for a company computer and the selected R versions don't show up. whenever I try to insert the version (4.2.1), I have no success. My ArcGIS pro is running 2.7.4 and my arcGis desktop is 10.8. can you please help me with this issue?

@lkopacki this is quite belated and the issue was before I started but....did you ever get this sorted out?
