The short summary is that submitting things to the Chrome webstore requires a bunch of explanations of what the extension does, why it needs certain permissions, etc. And the description effectively saying "this tool is made to hack things" probably didn't help assure the reviewer it was trustworthy. Last time I submitted the extension it got stuck for so long I think I just forgot to follow up in a reasonable time.

Since you've reminded me I'm going to try to submit the extension again. Fingers crossed it goes better this time.
