我大概知道怎么回事了，是proxy导致的，使用qwen的时候不能在终端配置代理，我清理了终端的代理，就可以在正常使用了

You may also need to clean up the qwen configuration. On macOS, it is stored by default at: /Users/${YOUR_NAME}/.qwen/
