Address does not match source data from OSM in Mannheim city blocks

In the city block C4 in Mannheim, the "Zephyr - Museum für Photographie" has the address C4 9b, 68159 Mannheim on openstreetmap.org: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/130369581#map=19/49.48779/8.46294 (block C4 https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/197559089). The address displayed by Qwant maps however is C3 16, 68159 Mannheim https://www.qwant.com/maps/place/osm:way:130369581@Zephyr_-_Museum_f%C3%BCr_Photographie#map=17.45/49.4879343/8.4637732

The expected behavior would be for Qwant maps to show the source data from OSM with the correct address.

This issue was brought to my attention by https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSG-zxGRkJw, which mentions the specially addressed city blocks in Mannheim and map providers' issues with them.
