Generic library for providing template string intellisense

Thanks for your work on this plugin! I recently forked it to create a similar plugin for styled components and am now looking into creating a more generic library to simplify providing a language service for template strings. The idea is that styled plugin and other plugins like yours could use this library. Here's the prototype: https://github.com/Microsoft/typescript-template-language-service-decorator

Let me know if you'd be interested in using this library or have any feedback on the API. Besides abstracting away many of the details of working with template strings, the library also has basic support for substitutions
