So for now there is possibility to quickly disable JS, and now we really need per-domain javascript and cookies permissions.

me 2. Have read some comments on StatusNet, that there pretty much users wan't migrate to qupzilla, but like @kiith-sa they're waiting for a plugin like noscript.

@pejakm Since this is one the 3 missing features that keep me from using qupzilla on a daily basis, I would like to test your patch. However since it has conflicts with current master, it cannot easily be merged. Could you please rebase it?
