[FEAT] Support preview feature in Landmark search views/ other search views

I found it caused my cpu higher when I drag them. I think it related to this feature, can you check it ?

Maybe we need a way to exposed `this.plugins.plugins.hoverEdtior.api.createPopover(view, x, y)` for creating popover view.

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** It will be nice to have an ablity to allow us save popover position into workspace json. **Describe the solution...
