[Bug]: 最需要快捷键的手机却没有唯一能放快捷键的页眉

Bug Description | BUG 描述

安卓版的 Thino 没有页眉（就是有页面上，有切换模式，三个小点，还有返回前进按钮的那一栏） 以下是我觉得手机端必须要有页眉的两个原因

• 手机因为没有键盘，屏幕也小，所以页眉是唯一能放快捷键的位置。（commander 快捷键）
• 很多原生的功能按键都在页眉，比如三个小点关闭当前标签页，这在我需要的时候非常难受，记得有一次我需要关闭 Thino 的时候我找不到关闭 Thino 的方法（因为 Thino 的一些设置需要关闭一下 Thino ），难受。
