移动端「返回顶部」的按钮加一个 toggle 选项

如题。

对此的考虑来源于目前的使用体验：

我的 thino 打开了「编辑器位置在底部时，用按钮唤出编辑器」的选项。如此设置后，「返回顶部」按钮并不会正常显示，而是遮挡在底部栏之后。而我用的是 prism 主题的 focus 模式，底部栏调成了透明，导致可看到该按钮，却无法点击。

另一方面，我也很难想象出在开启了编辑器按钮后，这个返回顶部的按钮放在哪里可以避免重叠或冲突。亦即，这两个选项或 feature 本身在 UI 上很难共存，就算勉强共存了，视觉效果也不会很和谐。

而再一方面来说，移动端对「返回顶部」快捷按钮的需求似乎也没有桌面端那么强烈，因为可以通过点击 obsidian 顶部栏快速返回（至少我的 iOS 端是这样）。

有鉴于这些，我建议给这个按钮增加一个 toggle 选项，让用户可按自己的实际需求选择。

Title: Add a toggle option to the "Back to Top" button on the mobile side

This consideration comes from the current user experience:

My thino has the option "When the editor is at the bottom, use the button to call up the editor". After this setting, the "Back to Top" button will not be displayed normally, but will be hidden behind the bottom bar. I am using the focus mode of the prism theme, and the bottom bar is made transparent, so the button can be seen but cannot be clicked.

On the other hand, I have a hard time imagining where to place the back-to-top button to avoid overlap or conflict after the editor button is enabled. In other words, it is difficult for these two options or features themselves to coexist in the UI. Even if they barely coexist, the visual effect will not be very harmonious.

On the other hand, the demand for the "return to top" shortcut button on the mobile side does not seem to be as strong as on the desktop side, because you can quickly return by clicking on the obsidian top bar (at least on my iOS side).

In view of these, I suggest adding a toggle option to this button so that users can choose according to their actual needs.
