[Feature request]: 更好的 Periodic notes 适配

Bug Description | BUG 描述

当日记插件设置为periodic时，创建的新条目还是存在日记插件的配置目录中了，重置设置也不行。只有在重新走一次引导流程，在里面虽然正确的显示了per插件配置的目录，但还是需要重新输入一遍争取的目录，然后走完引导配置流程，才能正确保存在per插件配置的目录里。
