I have added a new GitHub Actions workflow file to the repository. This workflow is designed to automatically sync the latest commits from the upstream repository to the forked repositories. This can be particularly useful for keeping forks up-to-date with the latest changes from the upstream repository.

The workflow is scheduled to run daily and can also be manually triggered from the "Actions" tab. It uses the aormsby/[email protected] action to perform the sync operation.

This workflow file was copied from the anse-app/chatgpt-demo repository's workflow file, which was created by @yzh990918.
