Upstream http proxy

I would like to run this on laptop on my local network. Other devices on the network would connect to this device via the local ip (e.g 192.168.1.40:8080).

The caveat is that I would like if UV would use an http proxy.

I see that socks5 and Tor is supported, but I would like to know if one can set a http proxy in the config or using env vars.
