Notifying what block has failed to rollback

When doing a fairly simple rollback I encountered a issue where a item-remove x1 failed to rollback however the error message is rather vague and offers no explanation of what failed for example the coordinates. It even shows it as rolledback when I check /ledger search

Describe the solution you'd like.

I would like information on what block or item failed along with the coordinates, secondly I would like it to not appear rolled back with a line through it when you /lg i or /lf search
