log hopper minecart grabbing stuff from chests

Expected behavior

Ledger logs that things were transferred out of the chest by the hopper minecart

Observed/actual behavior

it doesn't

With normal hoppers at least you can see that some items are removed from the hopper when inspecting the block under. But the transfer between chest and hopper is not logged in any scenario.

Only thing that occured during the test was: [21:32:20] [Netty Epoll Acceptor IO Thread/WARN]: An exception 'java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: field_45666' [enable DEBUG >io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException: null. Except from chat logs
