Allow logging of certain entity types.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the mod logs entities killed, and this setting can only be toggled from either "named entities" or "all entities", not allowing for fine adjustment.

Describe the solution you'd like A config option and functionality that allow the user to explicitly specify which kinds of entities should be logged regardless of being named or not (i.e. villager), and possibly a list of entities that should never be logged (i.e. creepers and bats). Basically an entity logging whitelist and blacklist.
