Expand Mob Grief logging when target is not a player

Mod currently doesn't log Mob Grief if the target is not a player but another mob or no target at all. Example: Skeleton tries to shoot Iron Golem, but hits a Creeper, and it explodes. Another example: Enderman removing/placing blocks. There are no logs in these scenarios.
