[Feature Request] Ability to have the console channel in a different guild than the chat channel

The specific use case is that I'm running a server for the Hex Casting Discord, which I'm not the owner of. People want the Discord chat to be in a channel there, but I don't want the console channel to be in a guild that I don't control.
